“Cannot say enough good things about Erin’s teaching methods, patience and mindfulness. Her classes are well thought out, difficult but doable and never boring. As someone who has a hard time getting motivated to work out I always know I will leave her class satisfied with having gone in the first place. Highly recommend.”

Questions

Before you join

What do I get as a founding member?

Full access to every class on Flow with Foundation Pilates, with a new class released every Tuesday.

How long does the $10 price last?

Your rate stays $10 a month for as long as you keep your membership. The founding offer is open through November 3. When it closes, this price is no longer available.

Which level should I start with?

If you are new to Pilates, start with Foundations. If you already move regularly, try Form or Flow. Fire adds cardio and endurance, and Flexi is there when you want a feel-good class for flexibility and mobility.

Do I need any equipment?

Mat classes need a mat, and some use props like bands, rings, or weights. Reformer and tower classes are filmed on a Merrithew reformer with tower.

Can I use the classes to get ideas for teaching?

Yes. The classes are a good source of ideas if you teach your own mat, reformer, or tower classes.
